Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
EA Desk is intended for lawful business-management activities. Customers must use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable law, our Terms and the policies applicable to purchases processed through Polar.
2. Prohibited use
You may not use EA Desk to facilitate unlawful activity; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; store or distribute malware; conduct unauthorized access or credential theft; harass or exploit others; process or distribute stolen data; operate deceptive or fraudulent schemes; interfere with service security; or attempt to bypass access controls.
3. High-risk and abusive activity
You may not use EA Desk as infrastructure for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, card testing, payment fraud, credential stuffing, attacks on third-party services or any activity reasonably likely to create harm, legal exposure or excessive disputes.
4. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload and for maintaining appropriate permissions to use that data. You must not submit sensitive or regulated information unless the product expressly supports that information and you have a lawful basis to process it.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, third parties or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we may ask for additional information before taking action.
